Strawberries and Cream

This recipe is an old one. I had this recipe before Mr. Fixit and I were married. This is so easy to make, yet so wonderful. This is a great sweet item to serve for Valentine’s Day. Only has four ingredients in the sauce… easy. You can even make it with a mixture of fruits. By placing the sauce in a squeeze bottle makes it really easy to serve. This sauce is good on any thing. I chopped the strawberries in small squares just to make it a little fancier and pretty for this Special Day….Happy Valentine’s Day!

Sweetened Cream Sauce
3 oz Cream Cheese ~ room temperature
3.5 oz can Lecherita ~ which is sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Place all ingredients in a mixer with the paddle attachment, mix until smooth and creamy. Place in squeeze bottle. Pour on fresh fruit right before serving.

Note – I like the Lecherita Brand sweetened milk which is the same thing as sweetened condensed milk just comes in the smaller tiny cans, which is a perfect size. Comes in a pack of 3 …love this. When in Canada we went to a place they added a little to the lattes and oh my the best coffee I have ever had…oh my going to run make one right now!
