Angie’s Punch Recipe

December 24, 2014 by Angie 2 Comments

Angie's Punch Recipe
This is the best punch recipe…it is!! I have made it several times over the holidays and every time I serve this punch I get many request for the recipe. It is so yummy, promise. I use this as a breakfast punch, a party punch with alcohol, without alcohol, I use this for bridal showers too. It is fabulous and it is easy.

Angie’s Party Punch

5 ripe bananas
1 large can pineapple juice
1 -12oz can frozen orange juice
3 cups sugar
6 cups water
2 club sodas
Few fresh mint leaves

Puree bananas in a blender, Vitamix or food processor with a little of the water. Then mix the mashed bananas, pineapple, orange juice, sugar and water in a large container mix well, place in the freezer over night. Take the container out of the freezer about one hour before serving. Let it began to melt a little. I will take a knife and poke holes in the ice, then pour one of the club sodas over leaving it rather icy. Once it has begun to melt I add the other club soda.

It is nice to add vodka, champagne or prosecco for the holidays.
I got the container in the picture at Target, cheap and great to have ! I put the container in the freezer and serve in it as well.
