September 13, 2013 by Angie 2 Comments

Pisco Sour
I love this cocktail it is so light and refreshing. Have you ever had it? Well, it was new for me, went off with some girls and we all tried this new drink oh my goodness, it is wonderful! Try it and I am sure you will agree! Yum ~ O

Pisco Sour

1 oz Pisco
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 egg white
dash of angostura bitters

Add Pisco, simple syrup, lime juice and egg white to shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass and add bitters….easy….peasy and wonderful. Enjoy !

This is a wonderful light, creamy citrus cocktail, it is an old cuban classic. I am on my way to Greece as I write this so when I return home I will photo the bottle and post it for you. You will love it promise it is worth running down the items for this my favorite cocktail it and the Chicago South Side….love them both! Wishing you a lovely day …..Angie
