Figs with Blue Cheese and Prosciutto
prosciutto thinly sliced ~ paper thin
pistachios ~ chopped fine
Wash and dry figs, cut figs in a X pattern ~ not cutting all the way through. Open up and place blue cheese into the purple figs. Once they have been stuffed, dip bottoms in honey and then dip into the chopped pistachios and place on platter. Open up green figs and place in the prosciutto. Once all figs have been stuffed I sprinkle on more chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey. Great and Easy !!
